The reason why I did not handover the keys on Dec 5 is because Notional’s lawyers Reed Smith seem to be claiming that all the assets held by Notional were the property of Notional Vietnam as opposed to the Notional Singapore entity that Jacob told us was the owner/the top company

Normally we dont just validate a chain but have team members review the code first (multiple times if needed), then if the project is chosen we would offer all the ibc services as the founding team and/or the community request, and software, code contributions as well.

Highly recommend all delegators especially the foundations to redelegate from @notionaldao . Jacob has expressed that there might be double signing events and no one can prove which side execute it. Which is dangerous. I will continue to follow consultation from my lawyers.
