Can we reframe this? This isn't a "win" for "Democrats." It's a win for voters of Wisconsin, who deserve the franchise. Just because Republicans are fighting to take the vote away doesn't mean that we have to perpetuate the narrative that ballot access should be partisan.

history—most of the NYT politics desk came from Politico. In 2012, their black colleague was fired for saying this on TV about Romney. He couldn’t find a job in media after and worked at a sporting goods store. Mark Halperin called Obama “a dick” on TV in 2011, kept all his jobs*
