i know for a lot of us school is starting up or has already started , and many of us want to become the embodiment of " high grades , low bmi " this year
deleting this account , an irl i’ve repeatedly asked to not look at this acc keeps breaking this rule and therefore i no longer feel comfortable using this account .

zee aka mina has created many many different online personalities . she got very popular by the threads she made for twt , people really liked them and she gained around 6k followers in less than a month .
the problem a lot of people have with her is that faked being half korean , catfished using another minors pictures , stole others bodychecks , and more .
a way to get nutrients + vitamins in without having to eat is taking supplements / vitamins . there are lots of vitamins you can take , but these are the ones that have the most ideal benefits for the majority of us .
university is just around the corner for me , and i do not want to be worrying about how i could've reached my goals n be happy with my body when the time comes .
so for the next sixty days , i will focus on being disciplined rather than being motivated to reach my goals . i will focus on improving my mental state , to allow myself to focus more on my studies than my body .
so these are my tips / advice on how to be successful during the school yr ! i won't go very in depth about each topic , so i will do separate threads about each topic of this thread with much more detail soon !
