For context - during my luteal phase I usually bloat a lot and I weigh up to 4kg more (it's predominantly water weight)
This time I haven't experienced bloating and the usual chub I get isn't there.
Hormonal acne was minimal, and I didn't face the luteal blues.
Ok so today I am gonna start my non fearful rat experiment using progest-e topically for a few days, then when my luteal phase begins I'm gonna start using it orally - if anyone has any experience w this please share!

I had to beg my male gynecologist to check whether my copper coil had fallen out of place (I had been bleeding & cramping) He was sure it was just an infection
Didn't leave until he checked. Surprise! It had dislodged... It got removed (& I removed myself from that gynecologist)

We've been travelling a lot so he made me a magnesium, taurine, thiamine, zinc, glycine, creatine, elderflower press cordial ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
What I do after drinking alcohol:
- magnesium in water after the sesh
- activated charcoal powder in water b4 bed
- kefir in AM to protect stomach
- raw carrot salad in morn (minus the vinegar) (detoxes liver)
- beetroot juice & sugar throughout fay (detoxes liver &energy)

Lots of moisture & hydration!!
Flip head upside down and scrunch mousse into wet hair (from the roots for volume!) & when it dries scrunch out the crunchiness & smooth it down with a good oil!
Also, you're probably doing this already but avoid sulfates! Textured hair hates it
Try new things, travel, learn & hone new skills.
I absolutely love my routine bc it is SO empowering, BUT so is integrating change into your life and learning whatever u can from it.
Also observe how u feel during each activity & let ur feelings guide u.

I haven't seen many ppl talk about the "downfall" of living a pro-metabolic lifestyle..
I now have no tolerance for anti-metabolic behaviors, like lacking sleep, drinking alcohol, or eating poorly.
Bc I'm no longer surviving on permanent cortisol, my body rejects all bs.
My detox protocol after spending time travelling & assimilating w normies:
- lymphatic drainage massage
- SWEAT (aka beach)
- I don't agree w fasting BUT I'm gonna reset my stomach for 2 days (Mate, coffee, OJ diet)
- carrot salad, artichoke, milk thistle, mushrooms
- charcoal
During my luteal and menstrual phases I let myself have a midday nap.
There is no point forcing yourself to stay awake when your body craves rest.
Femininity is about peace and serenity and saving your strength for when it's needed.
Believe it or not, but there is beauty hidden within the depths of pain and until you really heal from that pain, you will not see it.
Take pleasure in greeting the beauty of your suffering, for it means you have dug deep enough within yourself to find it.
My (very impromptu, unprepared) travel stack:
- 2 litres of whole, organic, grass-fed milk (this was a mistake)
- 1 litre of OJ
- prawns
- goats cheese
- haribos
Fatmaxxing bc I need that extra bit of oomf whilst traversing the UK.

My cholesterol is insanely high (238 mg/dl), my triglycerides are normal and HDL is high (72mg/dl). What could be going on there?
