Yesterday, I hit 400 followers, and today I'm already nearing 500!
Just a week ago, I was only gaining 3 a day. By noon today, I’ve gained 50 followers.
Time to double my goal:
🎯 2k followers by the end of August.
Crazy progress! 📈
I started doing TRT, now I won’t stop growing.
Not the hormone therapy though 😅
Just a simple way to create engaging posts.
I used to gain 3 followers a day. Zero clicks on my newsletter. Relying on DMs to grow my initial subscribers.
Now?
80 followers a day. Organic

💡Having that in mind, I created a Time Tracker Notion to make myself more accountable for my time, and it worked wondefully.
I messed up.
But I’m not afraid to admit it.
I fumbled my first 2 sales on X.
Here’s the money lesson for you:
First week on X, I was connecting nonstop.
Building momentum, making new friends.
Out of nowhere, 2 DMs.
They needed help landing their first programming job.

Every day, thousands battle for attention online.
If you're reading this, you likely dream of making money online someday.
Maybe to pay bills, live comfortably, and enjoy freedom.
Do you aim for $10k a month?
$20k?
Or perhaps even more than you can imagine.
Everyone's
You have to be wiser.
You see a lot of repetitive posts going viral, and struggle to get over it sometimes.
I know it's easy to blame the game.
But why not learn from it?
Maybe there’s something in front of your nose,
And you just can’t see it yet.
I mean,
We all wrote

It’s easy to lose control and start projecting happiness to the future when we achieve X followers.
Lots of distractions out there. But I’m present. Thanks guys.
First Week Review on X: From 17 to 174 Followers ⛳️
- Posts and interactions in communities are incredibly valuable.
- After gaining some “free” engagement in communities, start posting on your own profile.
- Seek connections and exchange value with like-minded people.
I document everything I do.
Writing down what I do constantly helps me identify mistakes and learn from them. That's how I extract the most out of each experience.
I’m so f*ing tired of holding back.
I always quit, have no skills, and can’t do the work.
Or so I thought.
I was one decision away from changing everything.
That decision was to burn the ships. 🔥🏴☠️
No backup plans.
I used to have a fallback for every decision. It held me
Today was such a great day, I did my first 2 mentorship calls. I'm very very happy, had a lot of fun with the 1on1's. Couldn't ask for a better testimonial than THIS:
Got 4 more for tomorrow.
You don't need 1000 followers to make money on X.
💡You need a well structured funnel.
But how?
I present you a step by step thread on how to monetize smaller audiences (save for later) 👇
Three weeks ago, I had no idea what I was doing.
Now, I’m starting week 3 with 5x more newsletter subscribers and a calendar full of calls.
Turns out, anyone can make it on X. The journey has been wild, and I’ve got some fire insights to share in my next newsletter. Stay tuned!
I want to share a discovery here.
I started using the text-to-speech feature on my phone, just talking about a certain topic.
Then, I copied the text and put it on ChatGPT.
Edited a bit and boom! The best newsletter post I ever did in less than 30 minutes.
I need some sunlight, my brain is begging me🌞
I decided to stop optimizing and start maximizing, but I was kinda reckless with the precious habits that took me so long to build.
I ended up:
working nonstop + bad sleep + zero sunlight.
Lesson to self: NEVER forget the basics.

Fellow developers,
Wonder why coding a project without connections and then throwing money at ads fails? It’s because connections matter. Engage with your community—it’s as crucial as the code.

Crucial week ahead. Wrapping up the Proof of Concept with two major oncology hospitals. Concept Validated ✅
It’s easy to get lost in the pressure of coding and forget the final purpose of the software.
The real reward is going through it and see clients getting value from it
There were a lot of times I didn’t really know what to do next. My advice? Just interact with people.
Who would’ve thought, right? 😆
That being social helps you grow on social media.
One of the biggest lessons I learned from building my personal brand is not to rush.
Are you here to build a sustainable income or to make a sloppy, rushed attempt, only to fail and claim it doesn’t work?
I'm launching a new newsletter to share even more valuable insights and content with you. 🚀

Communities boost your engagement
But your own posts flop all the time.
Feels like something is missing, right? 🤔
I’ve been there.
Watching my posts sink while my community interactions soared.
It was frustrating.
But then...
I discovered the secret to getting past it
Mid-2024 update: We’ve validated three B2B products with key clients in the market:
1. AI document indexer for law firms.
2. Recruitment software with WhatsApp for McDonald’s.
3. Marketing tool for outbound campaigns.
Partnerships were crucial in securing these opportunities.
Learning from mistakes is crucial, but spotting them can be tough, especially for newcomers.
That’s why consistency is key. It gives you the chance to accidentally uncover patterns and insights over time.
Over time, integrating the apps I've worked on has become like building an ecosystem. It's been a fun journey, creating innovative solutions and seeing the real value built. Truly rewarding!
I'm talking to Creators and Builders nonstop, and asking all of them the same question:
"What are the biggest pain points surrounding your opperations?"
Do you want to know what I've gathered so far?👇
It’s time to get my hands dirty.
I found some cool automations, and I think it’s time.
I’ve said here before that avoiding automations is good when starting out. But with discipline you can get past that stage very fast nowadays.
No magic, that’s exactly what I did.

Today is release day for the software my startup and I have spent the last 9 months building.
And... the server just went down.
It's going to be a long day 😅
It's crazy how connecting with people helps narrow down what to build in public.
I started with some ideas, but now I've completely pivoted based on feedback and market demand. 🚀

Automation is great.
But it's hard to beat the learning curve of doing things manually.
If your goal is to learn, avoid automating at first. Once you grasp the underlying processes, you'll gain a deeper and broader understanding of the automation as a whole.
One of the projects I’m involved was released 2 weeks ago. Still doing long hours of code.
I plan to step away from coding at some point, but it’s not the time yet.

Personalization was key.
Culture and vision are BS 💩.
Or so I thought, until I worked as a programmer and sales rep.
