Today, it looks like I'll need emergency surgery. I hope to live, but if not...it's fine and I lived a good life. It's nice to have a Sugar Mama girlfriend intensive care internal medicine physician who is head of the Intensive Care Unit at the best private hospital in Los Cabos.
