1; i make sure to wake up too late to eat breakfast, then i say i’m going out with friends to have lunch and i use that time to go to the gym and exercise, i make sure to burn off enough calories to not have to restrict too much at dinner

6. I say I’m hungry, this one is pretty self explanatory but whenever i come home and know we’ll have dinner in an hour or two I say I cannot wait to have dinner. Once I’m finished eating, if it looks like I finished my plate i comment on how full I am.

7. Whenever I make up a lie about having already eaten I make sure to go in details about where I have eaten and what I’ve eaten, even if they don’t ask. I check the menues of the place I say I went to and plan in advance, if I can I find pics online. Don’t overdo do it tho.

3. when i do have to eat with my parents i make sure to wear a hoodie with big pockets and large sleeves, i use those to hide the food, especially bread as it doesn’t stain clothes, when they aren’t looking, if your parents check your pockets you can also use slippers

10. if you’re losing a lot of weight fast, wear baggy white/grey clothes. Don’t forget to cover your arms and wrists too. They’ll probably notice anyways tho. If they do just say you cut off unhealthy foods such as candy and fast food.
