do NOT let shtwt think that hypodermis/beans are normal, they arent. Its a very severe self harm and not many people outside of twt actually cut to that level. You are worth more than the depth of your cuts.

overall lets stop glamorising self harm and see it for what it is. Its not cool or beautiful, its ruined my life. You dont want to go deeper, its not worth it because once you go there it’ll never be enough, you’ll just want to go further and further and it ruins you.

5. the bleeding and pain every time ive cut its bled for DAYS sometimes weeks, in the moment its great because i cut for the blood but the aftermath just isnt worth it. Ive ruined countless clothes and bedding. all my duvet covers and sheets are stained with blood.

1. the danger. i mean obvious one but once you pass the epidermis then you have a high risk of hitting veins, arteries, nerves, tendons etc. Hitting a nerve can be especially dangerous, one cut in the wrong place and u can love the ability to walk.
