Abolish quit protocols. Improve teaching and mentoring. Tanggalin ang toxicity sa mga ospitals lalo na kung puro seniority. Much better? Also change the duty hours of residents. Hindi talaga reasonable and humane yang 36 hours na gising and expect doctors to perform their best.

Survived my first 24 hour duty! Forda NSTEMI, acute panc, HF tayo but I’m just glad I’m able to provide then with the care they deserve. Still have such a long way to go but we’ll get there. She’s a big girl with a big girl job now 😭

Can I just say that the biggest red flag for me is a guy not being able to tell me how he feels and not being able to communicate!!! Like girly, we adults here u aint a pediatric patient who can’t speak!!!

Di parin ako makaget over na sa dinami dami ng common surgical disorders or need to know namin bilang GP walang tinanong about it. Puro specialty based. Akala ko ba ang goal is for us to broaden our knowledge in general practice of medicine instead of focusing on specs???
