This young lady had a birthday yesterday. I think it was a State holiday in Wisconsin! So Happy Birthday to Mrs P, & here's some trivia. Today is the least common day to be born. The most common is Sept. 16. So if you were born today-you're special. But not as special as Mrs. P.

It’s a great day & it’s a terrible day for me & Mrs P. We have a new baby to visit & a funeral to attend. It’s for my brother’s son & it’s a heartbreaking loss. I won’t be on Local 12 tonight. Please say a prayer for my brother James Poteet & his family. RIP Adam Poteet.

Me & my baby are celebrating an anniversary today & as Mrs P astutely noted “they’re starting to pile up.” I can’t remember where I park at Wal Mart but I can remember the first time I saw her. (I’d already heard her..it was a radio station after all.) 11 more yrs & we’re golden!

During a Backyard update last week I noted Mrs. P's sighting of a red headed woodpecker at our feeder. First time event. We've had red BELLIED woodpeckers before, but this was a first for the eagle-eyed bird nerd I'm married to. She said it's hard to get a photo. But she got one!
