@theashrb Wow I had to think hard on this, but ultimately as a Dad, he provided for his child & even offered to take his son out to eat. The issue with buying all the kids food is that the Mother will expect it every single time. The other thing we don't know is whether he can afford it.

@ElaineAdu_Poku It’s so weird as they announced the King’s diagnosis and we all left him to get the treatment he needs. Even if they didn’t tell us the detail, it would’ve prevented all the theories and botched photos and the majority would’ve let her get her treatment in peace.

@MartinSLewis I would say give it to all or none. The pension credit is not fit for purpose anymore, we are encouraged to pay into a private pension, which my Dad did. But it is so small, but JUST takes him over the threshold. People on basic state pension get more than him in top ups overall

@theashrb Oh lord! I might get cancelled, but we send our cat to bed in his own room (utility room) and he has everything he needs. He usually just sleeps as we have a camera. He does try and open the door, but luckily hasn’t gotten it yet. It’s either that or I’d never sleep again!

@lady_amilia When a parent passes, it is not something you can explain. My Mum passed in 2022 & although I was fortunate to say goodbye, it all happened quite quickly. It really makes you evaluate life and time with work & other silly things we take so seriously. Keep making your Dad proud!

@theashrb I think it depends breed by breed, but they live a LONG time. My neighbours have tortoises, I’m babysitting one this week. My other neighbours tortoise is at least 80 years old as she has had him since she was a child. It’s crazy, but they are magical.

@ChloeBurrows If you're setting your expectations based on films like Home Alone 2 etc, you will be disappointed. It is nice, but just as nice as London maybe slightly better and also freezing cold like ice cold, so take lots of thermals and warm clothes, that breeze will snatch your soul!
