I’m having thoughts about trying to commit to full recovery but I have no coping mechanism other than my disorder, yesterday the second that I tried to eat the plan and recover fully I relapsed on sh bcs I and had no other outlet, before recovery I was sh clean for months

Literally sobbing over eating a safe meal cause I can’t stop thinking about having to eat that brownie I’m so fucking pathetic I feel like being here in forced recovery is just making my disordered thoughts worse I’ve never wanted to die more

Feeling so bloated and huge I can’t believe I’ve been so complicit it’s making me feel like a massive wannarexic and like I’ve failed my ed I feel like I’ve gained sm and the fact I’ve not flipped my lid tn is just making me feel worse in a way feels like I’ve abandoned my ed 😕

So done with being in hospital I just want to go home but my parents are saying that they don’t think I’m ready to leave and that they don’t think they can look after me at home and that they don’t think I’ve done enough to get out of here on Monday 😕

Mum said she’d be happy if I can maintain bmi 14 while we work on my body image and that she will not let cahms force me to gain more than that as she understands that I’m already sewercidal and that if I’m not at immediate risk dying from my weight then that’s enough for her 🙏

Im trying my fucking hardest to get better and apparently it’s just not enough for my dad he says that I want to ruin out family and make my mum lose her job and that I’m not trying at all maybe he’s right though I’m such a shitty human being i literally diserve to die

Just had a massive breakdown to my mum explaining how this is getting harder everyday and that the voices are getting louder with the more I eat and that I’m really not wanting to be alive and she actually listened for once and calmed me down and we’re going to talk to my dr tmr
