At breaktime, a group of children in KS2, with the help of Mrs Hobbs, held a cake sale for The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to raise money for endangered baby rhinos and elephants.
Today we said a fond farewell to Ms Hawkes.
She has been an important part of our school family for the past 15 years and she will be missed.

The children really enjoyed Mrs Davis’ assembly on hand washing . They learnt they need to wash their hands for 20 seconds using soapy water and the importance of washing their hands regularly throughout the day especially before eating.

So proud of these children, a fantastic third place finish in the large schools section of yesterday’s Area Sports competition. Not only are they brilliant sportspeople but they’re wonderful teammates, we couldn’t ask for better ambassadors for our school.

It is Diwali Day in Reception! We are having a fantastic time. This morning we heard the story of Rama and Sita, learned about how Diwali is celebrated, had a go at Bollywood dancing and made our own rangoli patterns. We are now looking forward to our food tasting! Yummy!
