John Fulbright was the first member of the LRFD to test positive for COVID19. With antibodies in his blood, he is partnering with UAMS and the Blood Institute to donate plasma to help others. Engineer Fulbright has made a full recovery and will return to work later this week.
May 4, 2020 is International Firefighters Day. It is a day to salute the men and women who keep us safe, protect our property and our communities... and to honor those who have given their lives in the line of duty. Thank you.
It is with tremendous sadness that we mourn the loss of retired Assistant Chief JT Cantrell. Chief Cantrell was an asset to not only the Little Rock Fire Department but to the entire City of Little Rock. He will be greatly missed.
The Little Rock Fire Department participated in a gathering as a token of appreciation to the Healthcare workers that keep us safe. We cannot thank you enough for what you do for us.
