Rodrigo Santoro talking about of Hilda Furacão in 2024/23
"I was very surprised by the impact of 'Hilda Furacão' on TikTok. I think, first of all, it's incredible the unlimited power of the digital world and people who weren't even born when we made [...]
some people asked me to translate "a casa das sete mulheres" after I finished Hilda. but I'm happy to say that it's already being translated. If you like historical dramas with angst and strong female characters, check it out! 💕

'Hilda Furacão.' And now, they are engaging with the work, seeking it out, watching, and enjoying something that was created so many years ago with a different language. So, I am surprised and happy to present this work to another generation."
I'm trying to change the design of the site, but I first need to see if this works on all types of phones/computers. so if you can test it and give your opinion here, it will be of great help (feedback is welcome)

Thank you for your patience! 😊
I translated a video by Ana Paula Arósio on the last day of recording.
I'm so thankful for everyone who helped me with this project. It's been an amazing experience, meeting wonderful people and doing things I never thought I could.
Today is the 60th anniversary of the Brazilian military dictatorship, coinciding with April Fools' Day, the day that Hilda ran away from her home n also left Belo Horizonte
21 years of torture, may it never happen again.
#DitaduraNuncaMais
#DictatorshipNeverAgain
I saw some people saying that I'm translating this, I'm not! It's another girl, I don't have time to translate two series lol 🥹😅
(btw i'll post next EP tomorrow or morning)

EP1 is out:
u re saying that their romance is slow burn, but maybe that's because you're waiting for me to translate it? because she will realize that he is the man of her destiny in ep13, I don't think it takes that long 🤔 and once she realizes this, she is VERY persistent
I don't want to give spoilers, but I think it's important to emphasize that please pay close attention to Comrade Lorca's scenes in this EP. Even if you don't care about the political story, this will be important in the last episode and the Malthus and Hilda's romance
im reading your comments about the series and you guys re so funny,
I saw people saying they thought Malthus was going to give the shoe to Hilda in ep8 🤣🤣🤣 trust me, lots more twist before he gives her back that shoe
Like translating a whole Brazilian miniseries, songs, and even a president's resignation letter! 😅 I had doubts along the way, but your support made it all possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
so... I can guarantee I'll finish translating ep8 today, but IDK if I will drop it today because encoding takes a LONG time (like 4/5 hours)... but tomorrow will definitely be a new episode (or even today, who knows)
thank my brother (🥰) who helped me and let me install several app on his laptop because just this week I broke my glasses, lost my contact lenses and broke my computer 😅
I'll update tomorrow, but I don't feel like it. I saw some people talking bad about me, and I feel really fool staying up at 2am to read bad messges about me 😅
And before anyone asks me, I will translate episode 21 of "Mulher"and also interviews with the actors and articles
I created a YouTube channel to post the interviews
This lady here is the actress who plays Mrs. Loló, Dorinha's grandmother. It was a march between artists (students too) against the dictatorship and censorship (March of the One Hundred Thousand)
"so wait, did hilda receive an eng dub?"
unfortunately not. this is just an international trailer, the only languages hilda has been officially translated into are russian and spanish
the first two episodes of my new series, The Maias, are now available to watch! 😊
You can check them out here:
btw im almost done with the third episode and will be uploading the first episode of Old River tomorrow.
