When cops weren’t letting people through with things to take to Lahaina, instead locals went and took stuff by boat. When the national guard was blocking the harbors in Lahaina, there was a family that owned a private boat ramp and let everyone come through with supplies💙😭
The locals are the ones driving to Lahaina every single day. Buying gas, food, water and everything else with our own money. Waiting in traffic for hours to get to Lahaina to help those in need. The locals are the ones helping the most. That’s what Hawaii is all about😭

It’s 8:02pm and I literally just got back from Lahaina. We were in Lahaina since this morning. My whole family went to every house that was still up, beaches, parks, you name it and delivered supplies to families 💙🙏🏽
As of right now, Lahaina still has no electricity, no gas, no food. All the stores were burned down. People are stranded on the beaches, or random parking lots. There’s no way of them getting a hold of their families because no service.
As of right now, the President still haven’t sent out aids or anything to come to Hawaii help the people.
EVERYTHING you guys see that’s been taken to families in Hawaii, are ALL from locals or donations.
Wow what an accomplishment for my cousin!!! First Polynesian and Tongan to be exact to graduate from Yale!! He was also one of the top in his class. What a blessing it is to have such wonderful people and examples to look up to💛💛💛
As we went to deliver gas, food and water, random people ran up to us and cried for for water or even just bread. My family have been doing personal deliveries. Anything helps. My heart just hurts💔
Ohh Eld. Samita 😂🇹🇴When I served in Ha’ateiho, he was my zone leader. I went to my Aunty’s house which is literally right across the street but it’s his area. This guy and his companion reported me to our mission president for “going over area” and ever since that I hated him 😂
Tom make it clear, Lahaina has a lower road and the main road. They already closed the lower roads where all the cars and remains are. We are NOT going through that road because we’re respectful. If anything it’s all the ducking tourists going there, taking pics.
It blows my mind that there’s fucking tourists in Maui swimming on the beach or going on about their vacations. I cannot. I am lost for words. Their inconsideration for us locals. Especially the families that lost everything💔💔💔
Soooo many donations are being held at war memorial stadium. Shit my own family tried to go to there with a truck and trailer to load stuff to take to Lahaina. FEMA is literally holding all the donations in carts not giving it out. So fucked up❗️
To my non poly followers, I apologize for flooding the tl.... but dis still Tonga bitch😂🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴🇹🇴
My mom couldn’t have said it any better❤️ growing up we’d complain about going to work with my dad, and he’d always say “he ikai keke mate mei he ngaue.” Forever grateful for my dad🥺🙏🏽
#givethanks
It was hard af for me to put my walls down. Especially when the last dude I was with told me all the things I wanted to hear yet fucked me over. Right when I wasn’t looking, the right guy came into my life and now treats me like a queen. I love it here 🥹
Ever since I was 19 my parents kinda expected me to go on a mission and I felt forced... but I’m 21 now and my testimony grew so much more. I’m going on a mission for myself and it feels so good ❤️
idgaf I’m on the brother’s side. That lil girl oho to her mom with a hammer and been sneaking guys in the house. Mind you the mom also has health conditions. Yeah she deserved that slap tf
That’s why us locals are personally going to the store, buying stuff with our own money and delivering it to the people in Lahaina. FEMA isn’t doing shit and that’s the truth!
