Hematologist called this morning & said my bloodwork looks good. So I can officially stay off my medication. …I’m very emotional. After a year of living in fear of my health it seems as though this is finally coming to an end. God is good. 💜

I’ve started EMDR therapy to work through some PTSD & anxiety I’ve been struggling with recently after a near death incident earlier this year. After completing both sessions Ive felt…calmer, more relaxed. & I’m looking forward to seeing how this continues to help me long term.
