I should comment on Taric Jungle being blasphemed by Cinkrov in the Red Bull LoiO tourney: T1 vs KC. No armor until 14 min, Taric counters Lee Sin, no concept of using autos to heal allies, bad spacing, ult timing, lethal tempo... ended game having less than half of Oner's CS 💀

@RiotPhlox As a Taric player I'm pretty excited for these changed regardless of various nerfs to my runes and items since fights will last longer and be more fun. My biggest concern is true damage champions, especially max HP based true damage like vayne and fiora going unchecked.

The Taric buff is actually just Riot spitting in the face of Taric players everywhere. Taric usually only has 2 points in Q for the majority of the game. This means that the cost of the Q ability is basically 5 less mana than it previously was which is garbage for a "buff".

This bug on live servers is making Taric unplayable, as I move between auto attacks every time I cast an ability, which is constantly. I won't be playing solo queue until this is fixed because it's just that much of an impact on my champ. Thanks Rito you've done it again
