Result: when i look at the before pic rn i feel rlly disgusted😦 like idek how to explain it. Overall I’m happy with myself but i still haven’t reached my gw so I’m still going!! Guys trust me just lock in and dont let yourself go😌
Workouts: I tried to burn at least 350 cals everyday, but i got a little lazy on the weekends. Anyways here are the workouts ans stretches i did. I also play tennis three times a week and during that i burn about 420 cals.
Intake: I would eat 600-900 cals per day, only eat two meals and a snack and did a 20hr fast for two days. Unfortunately there were days where i went over but it was mainly bc i burned a lot that day. Don't forget to drink a lot of water! (at least 2L)

Today was the second day of school and it felt like eternity 😭 idk why but everything was so slow.. buut i gave cookies to my classmates and teachers and they liked it so that made me rlly happy🫠 anyways starving September has started soo good luck 💗
Anyways update✌️i got my period back, i’ve been eating a lot, i got back to playing tennis after an injury, started doing pilates, school is amazing, started talking to more people, became more social, improved my style and overall life has been great🙂↕️ive missed yall tho 💗

I think yeah, i mainly did that workout bc my shoulders are uneven like one of them is weaker and its important to train everything evenly. But i noticed that my posture is better, and in general i feel way better yk

I ate two meals a day and a little snack all of that would be below 800 cals. And then i fasted for 20hr for two days. Also alooooot of water
