12 hours after my c section with Aurie, they had me on ZERO pain meds. I asked for meds because YOU JUST CUT ME IN HALF, HELLO AND THEY MADE ME WALK TO THE BATHROOM TO PROVE I NEEDED IT. Anyway, I was sobbing and 0/10 stars for those asshole nurses. I got the meds finally.

@the_sytch I was a property manager before I had children. Make sure you have 6 months of rent saved at least in case your residents default and have to be evicted. One year is even better. Also, you want to make sure you have extra funds in case of unexpected repairs they won't pay for.
