Yes, it has to do with Attract! If Pupadapt fails to use Attract and then uses Rest, it will evolve into Nymphamorph. After being rejected, It heals its broken heart by dreaming of a world in which everyone is happy and in love! Psychic is next. 👁️🧠Let the guessing game begin!
