this was me during my last day of interning at a certain hospital and i had to say goodbye to my fav in-patient after our last PT treatment session 🥹
1. do dynamic stretches before u run
2. learn how to run easy (approx 80% of ur runs in a week should be done at a conversational pace)
3. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. learn to rest & do recovery runs

Just do proper warm ups! and wag biglain yung katawan sa biglang pag increase ng speed/distance ng run. And also give ample recovery time in between runs. (Di ako runner, so better ask mga matagal nang runners)

Hello. Runner of 15 years here. Static stretching prior to running actually contributes to injury because the muscle is lengthened and lax 🤦♀️ a dynamic warm-up and running form drills is better pre-run. Static stretches after. And slowly increase mileage and intensity.
naalala ko nung bata ako, may sisiw ako na inalagaan tapos lumaki naman siya but then ayaw na daw nila ng manok sa bahay tapos ayun inadobo nila tangina tHE TRAUMA 😭
