Can we stop with the dugout interviews? Guys got a job to do to win a game on the biggest stage and we’re doing in game interviews. Let em stay locked in.
Kevin Plawecki’s son Kasen went to the batting cages and got so excited that he hit a laser that he bat-flipped and ran into oncoming fire without a care in the world. Future big league stud.
What an honour ⚾ I saw the videos of

& have the song play out through the stadium was just insane 🤯
I’ve had my kids solo the last 4 days while my wife’s been out of town. Shout out all you stay at home moms and single moms/dads. You guys should create your own union and get more days off 😂 I’m gettin my ass kicked!
Holy Shit. 5 minutes off the game. Absolute no brainer. No one can wait 5 more minutes. How long till we just simulate every game? That will speed things up. Keep up the great work 👏
MLB will likely reduce the pitch clock to 18 seconds from 20 with runners on base next year, major-league sources confirmed to

The league expects the change would shave an average of roughly five minutes off games.

Our hearts are broken with the loss of Tim Wakefield.
Wake embodied true goodness; a devoted husband, father, and teammate, beloved broadcaster, and the ultimate community leader. He gave so much to the game and all of Red Sox Nation.
Our deepest love and thoughts are with
Lots of ups and downs this season but ultimately thankful for another healthy year with a great group of guys. We missed you all in the stands. See y’all next year! ✌🏻
Jon, I’m sorry but your not a fan of the game if you want to see an automatic strike call in that situation when a guy has a chance to win the game. Doesn’t matter what team it is. Thats why we all compete.
Words are tough to use to describe the impact you've had on our organization, baseball team, culture, and city.
Your impact in the game of baseball goes beyond what we can even begin to extend our gratitude for.
Thank you, Tito. ❤️

Exactly what I’m getting at. Changes have been good. I’ll admit the pitch clock went better than I ever expected. The constant need for “change” and faster games by 5 minutes is laughable to me. Well worded response. Thank you!
@kplawecki26
Amen brother. The changes made so far have worked very well. Cutting a few more seconds off the clock per pitch feels like needless meddling.
Thoughts and prayers with the Burke family. I always enjoyed our conversations during and after my time at Purdue. His commitment to us athletes and the university as a whole was something special! He will be missed dearly!
Morgan J. Burke, who served as vice president and director of intercollegiate athletics at Purdue from 1993 to 2016, died Monday at his home in West Lafayette after a year-long battle with amyloidosis.
He was 68.
