There's white smoke in Nairobi as Uhuru Kenyatta announces, through an EAC statement, that the armed groups have finally agreed to a set of recommendations including a disarmament and reintegration. The next meeting to take place in Bunia and Goma in January.

West Kenya (Kabras) produce enough power to sort out their needs and also supply Rai Paper (Panpaper) in Webuye. Their request to sell to national grid or supply local users was however turned down by gava. Butali Sugar also do have own power. Cc @akams_ @Jasiri_MAR @kinjeketile
