TO CLARIFY: I also think the LGUs should be held responsible, especially w regards to Tugue’s absent mayor. My point in posting was to show that much of the damage could’ve been avoided if both the dam operators, LGUs, etc didn’t neglect their duties. Not just “natural causes”.

@inkamagnaye Did you do a PCR test? My doctor advised me to not to rely on a negative test for release kasi it’ll be positive daw even up to 90 days after recovery. They said if u complete ur isolation & don’t have symptoms, di ka na infectious. Best to confirm with a doctor of course hehe
