1. Try to let go of a specific bf% or weight. It’s natural in life for weight to fluctuate, it’s a part of life. So say your gw is 45kg maintaining that number all the time will be impossible so say your gw is maintaining 44-48kg cuz most of the time the fluctuations are water

Avoid snacking/cut down Even if you are eating healthy you still add unnecessary calories by eating snacks. If you are craving something eat that as a snack but don’t mindlessly eat 4 snacks a day because you are peckish. If you feel like you need a lot of snacks bulk up portions
