For me iโve found when i restrict my cals at 800-1500 it supports my metabolism which speeds up from exercising, and prevents me from feeling the need to binge.

Since I have a higher calorie res, I need to support it with a higher workout intake. I try to burn a minimum of 6-700 cals a day, usually ending my day around 900-1000.
