@paulg As an Indian founder who recently moved to SF thanks to YC, I think the reality is quite nuanced today. If you are building for consumers or for India, India is definitely the place to base your startup. But if you are building AI or other foundational tech - SF is the place.

Started using @bip_so last week. Git-like feature make collaboration easy - like git commits, you can track what's updated; in a doc you can see who wrote what line of content. Also, really love the simple UX where I can just write with no distractions.

@daxeelsoni Working remotely for over 2 years now, a few things that helped me are: 1) Having a dedicated workspace and dedicated personal space at home. 2) A good friend circle whom I can meet regularly. 3) A good daily routine where I switch off from work for a few hours daily.
