Hopefully this shows the youngins, there’s nothing wrong with an hbcu and they’ll find you wherever you go. Let’s make our hbcu’s great again

I’m not gone just up and leave im gone wait to see if I like the move first. Plus that defeats my whole purpose of going to an hbcu in the first place.
Karon Prunty was a breakout star in the
@KU_Football
secondary in 2020.
Prunty was especially dominant when targeted against the most dangerous route types.

@karonprunty9
is the real deal 🙅♂️
His 6⃣ pass breakups are the most in college football by a freshman and the most in the
@Big12Conference
overall.
It don’t matter what the competition is just dominate.
BIG 12 ✅ 38.5 completion percentage when targeted.
Big South ✅ 33.1 qb rating when targeted.
I can’t wait to compete in the CAA.
my stats don’t tell the full story because I didn’t get targeted as much but I’ll take what they give me. It’s a lot of teams and great players in this conference so I’m just honored to even make a team 🙏🏿
He had two key interceptions and three tackles in the Big South-opening win over Bryant.

🏈 Defensive Player of the Week!
NFL are you serious? You telling me none of these HBCU players were worthy of being drafted? All kids that got drafted are not better than HBCU players. You guys know what you’re doing and it’s sad. Bc if some of these HBCU guys stayed P5, you would’ve drafted them.
A select group of HBCU players stood out among their peers, thanks to on-field performances. NCAA Digital's

I dont care what the score is or how much the offense is struggling, one thing you can always count on Karon Prunty to do is play some lockdown defense. (photo by Dr. Michael Simmons)
football players been getting drafted from hbcu’s and some of the greatest football players in the world attended an hbcu, so I don’t see why it should change now nor do I see the problem with it
All I’m gonna say is this…I expected three Aggies on this list…and one is missing…
@karonprunty9
should be on this list but I’m pretty sure he’s going to show y’all why this year in the CAA when he shuts down his side…
