Keep in mind that if the earlier numbers that were entered as Castle's are actually him, Devin Carter would have the longest wingspan of any PG at the combine as well (6'8.75", longer than several small forwards), AND a 42 inch vert AND the fastest 3/4 sprint ever

Re: Ware...his raw average of physical/vert/agility scores dwarfs any other big man in the database. Lots of bigs had great vert/agility performances, but none of them did so at Ware's size

Interesting note: Zaccharie Risacher's scoring performances have dropped off a cliff since the start of February. In the 16 games since Feb 1, he is shooting: 44/132 from the field (33%) 15/59 from three (25%) 21/33 from the line (64%) Averaging out to a TS% of...42%

Final 2024 NBA Draft big board! Not too many big changes from the pre-withdrawal deadline. Biggest mover was probably Zach Edey, who I bumped into the first round. This class was very fun to scout, and I look forward to seeing how the draft plays out later this week

Only preliminary results in at the moment, but Olivier-Maxence Prosper had a historically good combine. His overall Combine Score of 96.9 is the 19th best ever for a power forward. Once the final results are in, I will update the public dashboard with 2023 data

Some clips from 2011-born Mohamed Dabone in his ANGT debut. The 13-year-old (!!!) finished as Barcelona's leading scorer, totaling 21 points on 9/12 shooting. Dominated ALBA with his unique combo of length and speed, easily rising up over defenders and finishing in transition.

Update on the player tracking model - it has gotten very good at differentiating between players/refs and ignoring other objects and members of the crowd. Still pretty rough at finding the ball, but it's almost ready for the next stage

I never understood this criticism, and it's only applied to basketball players for some reason It's like saying "Tyreek Hill if he ran a 4.9" or "Clayton Kershaw if he threw 70 miles per hour" Of course he plays basketball because he's tall. It's a sport for tall people
