The Beta Theta Pi national fraternity reached a settlement with the family of Penn State pledge Timothy Piazza. Financial terms were not disclosed, but all 117 chapter houses will have to be alcohol and substance free by 2020. Piazza died in an alcohol related incident at PSU.
