Today I was playing around with my pizza oven. Several margarita pizzas, and for desert a sweet Flammkuchen: thin, docked pizza dough topped with sour cream or creme fraiche, and thin apple slices. Once baked sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. #homebaking #pizza

Black Forest Gateau far away from home. While on holidays last week I had to improvise one. For Kirsch I used cherry scented rum, and for sour cherries I used a mix of black sweet cherries and cranberries. Worked very well. #baking #homebaking #holidaybaking

Today's results - Schwäbische Brezeln. The dough contains butter, milk and cream. The shape is much better, but the arms are still a bit bulky (for this type). Although I like it, the Brezel can carry a lot more butter this way! #baking #homebaking
