Honestly, wtf was OneChicago tonight? What are we doing here? We're three episodes into the season and no one seems excited to watch, we're losing main characters that we've loved, and losing one recurring that we all attached to so quickly. And for what? Drama? This isn't it.

I just realized every time Hailey wants to/did finally confess her feelings she gets teary eyed. 6x22, a little choked up in 7x10 and now in 8x03. You can tell her partnership with Jay means something special to her and she doesn’t want to mess it up but she wants to act on it.
