Next time rugby fans mock footballers or the NFL for excessive celebrations, point them to #ENGvIRE 2022. Almost every penalty from both sides greeted like a World Cup extra time drop goal. Freddie Steward alone must have run 500m today joining scrum penalty celebrations.

Alun Wyn Jones won 158 caps for Wales between 2006-2023. Wales played its 1st Test match in 1881. For a player to have won 158 caps back then he would have had to play in every match from 1881 until 1934! Upon his Test retirement, Jones had played in 20% of all Wales games.

My Dad took 'just' the 53 orders for my book from his friends/old teammates. He also spent countless hours editing the book's stats. He just got out of hospital, he's fighting cancer, in time for the book release. A real hero as a dad and a person. And a cracking back rower too.

Just saw a tour guide in Prague using a Welsh flag 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿as their rallying flag for their tour group. I've never seen this before. In fact, I have never seen a Welsh flag in Prague. It's a omen that Wales win tonight. Ye gods have spoken. #WALvAUS

Ahead of #EngvWal , here is my fav try from the fixture. Sadly, due to Sky having the rights, this try isn't well known enough as it is never shown on BBC/ITV. It is a thing of true beauty. The match ended here and the rest of the game NEVER HAPPENED!

Selwyn Biggs in one of the greatest sporting portraits ever taken. Biggs played for Wales, Cardiff, London Welsh and the Barbarians. He also played for Glamorgan in cricket. He played for @WelshRugbyUnion between 1895 and 1899.
