I bought my first Mac after seeing @dhh 's Ruby on Rails video using TextMate back in 2006. I bet I wasn't the only one. I'm sure Apple owes more to DHH than 30% of Hey's subscription revenue. Especially when those rules aren't consistent.

We’re a design and engineering led company. This is what helped us in the early days and still differentiates us today. With the growth of the product team from 20 to over 250 people, we started adding management, processes and bureaucracy. Design and engineering lost relevance.
