i'm not sure I can participate in the general "the cgi was so bad" discourse anymore. on what planet does this constitute as bad cgi?!?! it's immaculately designed, modeled, rendered. it basically looks flawless, and podcasters are saying "oopsie, bad cgi."

Played around with this amazing expression and added a line sampling the value between the keyframe values, so you can add an easing curve on the falloff.

For those who have been asking, I implemented the mask expression so now it also works with the mask feather. Will drop the updated expression on @aescripts soon
