@kinsellawarren @DeborahLyonsSE must strongly support the proposal by @yfblanchet to eliminate the religious exemption for hate speech. As @JonathanHalevi has documented, Arabic hate speech like Charkaoui's is common every Friday night in Montreal's mosques and has been for years. It must stop.
