It’s not a debate. It’s already been decided.
The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
If you want to debate that some clown that won a popularity contest gets to decide based on whatever bullshit standard you come up with, then you are no better
The usual "I don't do politics but this is a fact issue" disclaimer applies: Let's talk the "gun show loophole" that's being "closed." (I'm a scumbag lawyer and a Federal Firearms Licensee ["FFL" aka a gun dealer]). **THE GUN SHOW LOOPHOLE DOES NOT AND HAS NEVER EXISTED.** 🧵
Any time things are going really bad in life, I think about the fact that people legitimately pay actual currency for shit like this and it makes me realize things could be a lot worse
imo only educated white hetero male landowners should be able to own guns (WAGs with written permission) and if u think this is anti-2A you are dumb (& possibly gay)
To people who say “gun reviews are bullshit because they get cherrypicked guns”: I’m sure it happens but we had 6 brand new review guns at the range today, MSRPs of $999 and up. HALF of them went down (with varying degrees of failure) and we couldn’t finish the content.
Really pleased to see how TFBTV has grown to the point that even groups previously marginalized in the gun community such as young women are legitimate regular viewers, queens unafraid of their own buttcracks
>Everyone posting muzzle devices
>Me, a hack blogger who goes to the range multiple times a month with multiple different review guns and, consequently, probably doesn't have over 3,000 rounds through any one particular gun I own
@KilloryHlinton
Debating whether to nuke this abomination from my feed or leave it so everyone can see how sick and twisted you 3D printer “people” are
@Shadzey1
OK.
I wash my hands before I pee at SHOT and not after because I’m shaking so many hands all day, and my penis is generally clean at the beginning of the day, and remains under two layers of cloth the entire time. It’s clean!
I’m sorry and not just because I got caught.
Worst thing about getting drunk on Chianti and being 12 hours behind Japan is when you buy a Jimny Wild Wind and find out the next morning. If you people cared about me you’d have staged an intervention already
I’ve got some guy accusing me of accepting money from a non-existent anti Turk lobby and I have this redditor saying that I’m shilling FOR this shotgun. The internet is wild
I don't know if it's just 3D printer kids who can't detect sarcasm, if I'm super dry, or both, but there is no way I am ever, ever going to end a tweet with "/s", the equivalent of pulling out on a joke
@jjreeves

@KilloryHlinton
Oh man there's enough info about real 3d printed guns out there if you cared to look. This isn't 2013 anymore with ATF propaganda videos of liberators shattering. Seriously this is a smoothbrain take you can see ppl print and fire 308s ezpz
In spite of what you might have heard about
@YouTube
backpedaling on suppressor videos, it appears that YouTube is still cracking down on them. Our review of the Gemtech Lunar-9 (a totally legal, factory-made suppressor) was removed last night. The video violated no guidelines.
Got another agg assault client this week. Road rage is my

gun law call. Pro tip: if someone cuts you off, flips you off, or pisses you off, don’t pull a gun in traffic. It’s a felony. Even if you’re acquitted (probably not) you’re going to buy a lawyer and post bond. $$$$

- the SFP9CC. More or less, this is a micro compact 10+1 round 9 mm in the style of the VP9.
It's impossible to overstate how honored I am to have been permitted to film behind the scenes at Beretta's factory in Gardone Val Trompia. Incredible. Thank you for having us
@Beretta_1526
. After 498 years, you've still got it.
FYI, last post is not political, talking Con Law today. The 14th amendment extends the BoR to all persons within the jurisdiction of the US. You can say that should be narrower, and you might think you have a good reason, but legally speaking it would be anti-2A. Technically.
Again
@delta
wasting my time and making plastic trash in a pointless exercise to put a zip tie on my bag with a firearm in it. Delta is the only airline that does this.
And I am sorry to let a lot of people here on social media down, but in my professional opinion, today’s big winner was the Sig MCX Regulator. Fight me.
I am sure someone is already working on a 30 supper carry Glock mag, but if not, here you go.
It is surprisingly easy to convert a
@Magpul
glock mag to an almost double feed 30 super carry mag with a dremel and a careful eye. I think it holds 2 extra rounds then.
The "gun show loophole" contemplates that the gun show is a magical land where the rules don't apply and no one is subject to a background check. Like a tiny Tatooine inside of a county fairground. But the exact same rules apply inside or outside of gun shows.
You can own the relatively well known firearm of one historical figure. What is it? (For me: Gaddafi’s golden Beretta 93R or Saddam’s last ditch spider hole Glock 18)
Ask the average person if they are in favor of closing the "gun show loophole" and if they want to ban the private sale of firearms, and you'll probably get two different answers.
FFLs have to complete background checks on all buyers at a gun show just as if they walked in a shop. Same Form 4473 Federal background check, same FBI NICS check, same state rules. What the "gun show loophole" refers to - inaccurately - are private person-person sales.
This is a first. Taxiing on the MSY-DAL flight this morning and they bring the plane to a complete stop while we are approaching the runway because an adult man has to take a piss right this second
There are no background check requirements for person to person (non-FFL-holder) private sales. Your uncle Joe selling to his neighbor Bob. Again, it makes no difference if this occurs at a gun show or not. A gun show does not change the rule and there is not a gun show loophole.

Good son pro tip: If you can’t think of anything to write in your mom’s birthday card, just copy the pre-written message inside. She absolutely will not notice because moms only read what you wrote, not what you bought.
