We’re taking this issue very seriously. No customer should ever be concerned about privacy or feel uncomfortable at a service center. We’re in touch w/ the
customer and are awaiting additional information on which service center she
visited so we can reach out to the franchisee.
In areas with snowy conditions, consider installing winter wiper blades that wrap the blade in a rubber boot to prevent ice and snow buildup that can prevent good contact between the rubber blade and the glass.
