@umirf1 Biggest reason I can think of aside from the general culture is that lots of teams, especially at younger age groups, play on pitches that are far too big for the level and therefore physical attributes are given far more weighting than technical ones.

I’ve tried to avoid results bias throughout this season, and have been critical of the team when we’ve won, lost or drawn. For large portions of the game, that was as bad as anything we’ve seen this season. The fact we won in the end shouldn’t change that. #ncfc

Tbf, if Fassnacht is good at anything, it’s poaching goals. All his four leagues goals this season have come from close range, three of them from getting into the six yard box for a cross. More wingers should do that, can really improve your numbers, even when not playing well.
