here it goes... jan 31, 2024 - i ordered an acer laptop sa @ShopeePH app since my laptop broke talaga. i ordered sa shopee mall na acer official store to make sure na legit yung shop and protected. i really put my full trust since based naman sa reviews, they're okay (see pics)

i also reached out to the acer's official store where i ordered hoping that they will respond right away but this is all i got. sobrang panic ko na at that time kaya grabe yung pangungulit ko. wasn't lying na my dad will get mad kasi it's true since hard earned money niya yun 😭

they only have a bank option sa pag return ng money so i have no other choice but to put it para mafile ko na yung return/refund. i tried negotiating na sa gcash na lang isauli or pabalik sa rider para mabilis but they refused but i understand naman since may process nga sila
