@ronmortgageguy @shakarziad You can take CRA to Federal Court. I was a fed tax lawyer, CRA was my client. Tax disputes are Tax Court of Canada. But discretion and bad behaviour? That’s Federal Court (and Federal Court of Appeal for both Courts) . CRA is NOT invincible.

@buperac Credit law: an important part of 🇨🇦 law (varies by province). In Alberta, a creditor can seize property if stiffed by the property owner. Not so on Reserves! If non-native contractors do ANY work, say, at River Cree, they better get cash UP front, cuz they can’t enforce payment.
