@Cernovich I'm the only soldier in my shop that has a Graduate degree besides my Lt. Colonel. He's been my "leader" for 1yr. He has about 40 soldiers. I talked to him yesterday for the 1st time about an issue only to learn he's a complete ass. Generals are bureaucrats not Leaders.
