These files would have remained closed to the public in the public records office until 2032 without this FOI process. It has been laborious, and very expensive (over 400 bucks a box), but the reward is the chance to begin studying this government a full decade sooner.

This strike is tough on students — but I’ve been overwhelmed by how supportive they’ve been of their teachers. Just before this strike nearly 100 students sent an open letter to the VC asking him to treat staff with the dignity and respect we are asking for. They were ignored.
