Whenever I post a career update, I get a lot of DMs asking about the procedure for applying and how did I prepare for them .
The opportunities have more or less been on-campus for me. And well, about the resources I'm mentioning them in the thread below
Went to office at 12 noon.
Attended meetings, went for lunch by 1:30 pm.
Played TT, Foosball, Pool, Cricket right after lunch till 7 pm and came back home.
Day over. ๐

Being a developer in an Indian company, you can still have a good work-life balance contrary to the popular belief.
I was that person who coded on a windows machine all my college life and I would think that why is MacOS so hyped.
Little did I know that when I'll start using Mac, I'll move to that group of people who hype-up MacOS and make faces while using Windows.
When my parents
tell to me do something
that they are dependent on me for

I am that person
who got into a backend developer role
by chance.
But i realised, that i like it more than all other roles I have done.
My points being,
1. You might not know what you like unless you get thrown into it.
On an average you take 8-10 years to become a manager as a developer. In these 8 years, you do not make any decisions, and do what you are told.
Suddenly when you become a manager, decision making is your most critical job.
Marinate over it.
My mom is from Imphal, Manipur and folks there eat rice with hand, so does my mom.
Recently, I tried it too and somehow food tastes better with hand and also I eat more this way.
There's no logic, it's just how it is.๐คท
