Use the Sakuga Extended Extension for a better User Experience. Navigating through vanilla booru and filtering through them is non-intuitive.

as long as the drawings indicate how they should be sized and aligned to each other (i.e. a standard print/scan resolution, peg hole markers), you can use any medium to create genga, really.
