When Andy Murray won Wimbledon it felt like the antidote to all our glorious football failures. I've always liked him, I think he's wry and funny and I like the fact he seems to rub some folk up the wrong way. He is one of Scotland's greats.

Re; the Big Day footage. I loved that day. After we played George Square I went to the Green. Remember sitting drinking with Stuart Adamson and Shirley Manson..and I sneaked onstage to watch Deacon Blue behind Ewan’s bass amp. Poptastic.

Scottish albums..my favourite. Dunno.. probably A Walk Across the Rooftops. It seems to exist in it's own pocket of time/classification. It's so evocative and natural and yet the attention to detail is astonishing. Also - that voice.
