Agreed. Parents are not raising their children to strive to be genuine people, to have faith and goodness. We are told from birth that we are great, which only reinforces the idea that there is no need for the amelioration of the self or, more importantly, to serve God.

My heart goes out to you. Another notable app is Snapchat. Even if your child has friends on the app, there is such a thing as private stories he/she can be added to, even by strangers. Sure, these apps have settings, but it’s an unnecessary risk. Supervision is paramount.
