@FrazNaqvi Sir, there are no shortcuts. Senior Govt jobs are regularly advertised by FPSC. They conduct written exams all over Pakistan, followed by interviews by senior most FPSC panel. It took me more than a year to go thru the process & only then I was declared successful, Alhamdolillah.
