Pitchers: You have only one bucket of water (time/energy). If you try to water too many plants at once none of them will grow. Pick out what’s important and make sure those plants get enough water! I see a lot of pitchers trying to increase Thing A, gain Thing B, improve Thing

I was blessed enough to go on this trip 6 years ago. Looking back now not only was it one of my best baseball experiences but one of the best experiences of my life. Not only did I make long-lasting memories, but I got to grow so much as a person. Really glad to see these guys

I am @MotorPreference level one certified! Had an amazing time the last two days with some great people at the MPE Clinic. The amount of knowledge I gained in just two days is incredible, thank you @BigCoach27 !

Only a few weeks in, but our pitching staff has really bought into what Armored Heat has to offer. Using their program has really taken our pre and post-throw arm care to the next level, and we are already noticing the difference!

This makes the body’s movements or thoughts work faster and more efficiently. Blending allows you to stop after each throw, correct your mistakes, feel the change you need to make, and fire the circuit correctly to build myelin.
